Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve admission targets and brand awareness goals.</li><li>Manage and strengthen the school&rsquo;s brand identity across all communication platforms.</li><li>Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns (social media, website, email marketing, SEO, etc.).</li><li>Organize and promote admission drives, open houses, school fairs, and community outreach events.</li><li>Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with local media, education consultants, and community organizations.</li><li>Analyze marketing performance and admission data to optimize campaigns and budgets.</li><li>Coordinate with the academic and administration teams to ensure consistent messaging.</li><li>Manage the school&rsquo;s online presence and respond to inquiries promptly.</li><li>Supervise external vendors, designers, and advertising agencies as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and local market dynamics.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational abilities.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
