Pristine Restoration is NOW HIRING a Mitigation Estimator. Candidates that are great for this role have a Project Estimating background in the Mitigation/ Restoration Industry, or previous work experience as an Insurance Adjuster and/or great relationships with Property Managers and Insurance Adjusters.Pristine Restoration is a fast-growing water, mold, and fire restoration company. We quickly respond to property damage emergencies affecting residential and commercial dwellings.COMPENSATION: Starting at $40-$55k with opportunities to grow.JOB DESCRIPTION:&middot; Provide quick and accurate estimates&middot; Contact customers and schedule estimating appointments&middot; Establish and maintain customer relationship for mitigation services during the estimate process&middot; Educate customers on the mitigation process&middot; Ensure that estimates meet client requirements&middot; Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project&middot; Create an accurate sketch and initial scope of work for mitigation projects according to IICRC standards or deviations based on customer request&middot; Deliver a consistent and well-defined initial estimate&middot; Recognize project constraints and/or needed upgrades&middot; Work with Production Manager to price bid items, if needed&middot; Have all required documents signed when awarded the project including contracts, liability waivers, and customer information forms&middot; Work with outside resources as necessary to complete accurate estimate (i.e Structural Engineers, ITEL, Hygienist, etc.)&middot; Monitor expenses and budget through the life of the project to ensure benchmark profit margins are being achieved&middot; Ensure clear two-way communication with Production Coordinator, Production Manager, Field Operations Manager, Sales Manager and Coworkers&middot; Identify and alleviate any safety hazards on initial walk throughQUALIFICATIONS:2+ years of mitigation estimating and/or insurance adjusting experienceMUST HAVE experience and proficiency with Xactimate / Mica estimates and crafting proposalsMUST HAVE previous experience in the Fire, Water, or Mold damage restoration industryAdvanced Microsoft office and Adobe skillsSuperb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communicationAdvanced math skillsTeam PlayerBackground Check is Required for this Job.
