Legal Assistant- Real EstateKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and review customer agreements and property documentation</li><li>Handle legal queries from customers and provide timely responses</li><li>Compile and maintain comprehensive documentation for land portfolios</li><li>Coordinate with external legal advisors and counsels for land litigation matters</li><li>Maintain and organize land records and legal documentation</li><li>Monitor compliance with real estate regulations and laws</li><li>Assist in due diligence processes for property acquisitions</li><li>Support the team in legal risk assessment and mitigation</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Law</li><li>2-4 years of experience in real estate law</li><li>Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations</li><li>Experience in contract drafting and documentation</li><li>Excellent organizational and documentation skills</li></ul>Desired Skills:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Attention to detail and analytical mindset</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Good negotiation skills</li><li>Knowledge of local property laws and regulations</li><li>Experience in handling property litigation matters</li></ul>Opportunity for long-term association based on performanceJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
