A dynamic and high initiative individual who can coordinate across the engineering team to assist the Project Manager in coordinating activities. This is a remote and flexible work opportunity that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Able to understand schedules and drive coordination</li><li>Communicate with engineers and cities to drive the permit process under the guidance of the PM.</li><li>Assist construction managers with projects.</li><li>Assist engineers on construction projects with design changes and reviews.</li><li>Assist with city submissions and bank submissions for construction-related items.</li><li>Assist with updates to owners of projects.</li><li>Assist subcontractors and general contractors with the items they need from time to time.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>People with an Architectural background will only be shortlisted</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field</li><li>Highly skilled in communication to work in teams and build teams</li><li>High level of organisation across schedules and information</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills</li><li>Familiarity with Google Workspace</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
