Assist in preparing Secretarial Documents, minutes and reports. 2. Conduct research and analysis on various topics related to the field. 3. Filing of various Forms, XBRL processing, returns with MCA, RBI and other Government Authorities. 4. Draft and proofread commercial agreements, reports, and opinion notes. 5. Communicate effectively with clients, RTAs, CDSL/NSDL, MCA and other stakeholders. 6. Assist in backend work of conducting Board, Committee and shareholders' meetings.Work Exposure: 1. Company Law and LLP Act 2. FEMA, IPR and Labour Laws 3. Secretarial Audit and Compliances 4. Due Diligence Audit, Startup Funding and Corporate Restructuring 5. Commercial Agreements Drafting and VettingCS Executive passed or those appearing for CS Executive level may apply.Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 24 monthsPay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
