Responsibilities:<ul><li>Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to attorneys and legal staff, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.</li><li>Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation, formatting, and proofreading of legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.</li><li>Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, relaying messages, and providing updates on case status as directed by attorneys.</li><li>Case Management: Maintain organized case files, including electronic and physical records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents and information.</li><li>Calendar Management: Manage attorney calendars, scheduling court appearances, meetings, and deadlines in accordance with case requirements.</li><li>Court Filings: Assist with the preparation, filing, and service of legal documents with courts, administrative agencies, and opposing parties.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks and documentation.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with attorneys, clients, and colleagues.</li><li>Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and document formats is preferred.</li><li>Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using legal software for document management and case tracking.</li><li>Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with attorneys and legal staff to support firm goals.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Freelance, Volunteer Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Up to &#8377;100.00 per dayEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
