Key Responsibilities</b></h4><ul><li>
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude</li><li>
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently</li><li>
Verify insurance information and collect co-pays</li><li>
Maintain accurate patient records and daily reports</li><li>
Communicate effectively with therapists, patients, and staff</li><li>
Assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Schedule &amp; Compensation</b></h4><ul><li>
Part-Time 15+ hours per week</li><li>

Requirements:

Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Previous medical front office or customer service experience preferred</li><li>
Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>
Excellent communication and computer skills</li><li>
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused</li><li>
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-moving environment</li><li>
Spanish-English bilingual a PLUS</li></ul><p>
