A leading business center in Bahrain looking for an Admin and Secretary.&quot; Bahrani National'' Female candidate only( Arabic and English is required )Duties&middot; Welcome potential tenants/customers, and offer them the services available.&middot; Answering the customer&rsquo;s inquiries.&middot; Helping to build good customer relations.&middot; Leasing the offices, preparing the Lease agreements, and keep the company&rsquo;s documents through continues filing.&middot; Follow up the leasing and lease agreement renewals processes.&middot; Handling the customer&rsquo;s complaints.&middot; Handling the incoming phone calls for the company and its customers.&middot; Arranging the customer&rsquo;s meetings.&middot; Communicating with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.&middot; Handling Further related duties requested by the management.. Marketing and advertising rental properties to attract potential tenants.. Responding to tenant inquiries and complaints, and addressing any issues that arise during the lease term..
