How You Will Make an Impact: 
As a Rehabilitation Technician, you'll play a vital role on our team, working alongside healthcare providers to support patient care in a rehabilitation setting. In this role, you&rsquo;ll help patients with exercises, maintain our treatment areas, and perform a variety of tasks that help ensure a smooth, effective rehab experience. If you&rsquo;re passionate about learning and growing in the healthcare field, especially physical therapy, chiropractic, or sports medicine, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a real difference in people&rsquo;s lives.
What You Will Do:<ul><li>
Assist healthcare providers in delivering rehab treatments and therapeutic exercises to patients.</li><li>
Help patients with mobility and strength exercises, ensuring they use proper technique and stay safe.</li><li>
Greet patients and prepare them for their treatment sessions.</li><li>
Provide clear instructions for patients on in-clinic and at-home exercises and self-care.</li><li>
Teach patients how to use rehab equipment correctly and guide them through exercises.</li><li>
Keep treatment areas clean and organized, and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready to use.</li><li>
Document patient information and update records as needed for ongoing care.</li><li>
Answer questions from patients, offering reassurance and clarity about their treatment.</li><li>
Support the administrative team by facilitating communication between patients and providers.</li><li>
Collaborate with your teammates to continuously improve the care and services we provide.</li><li>

Previous healthcare or rehab experience is helpful, but not required.</li><li>
Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus.</li><li>
Professional, empathetic demeanor with a focus on excellent patient care.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred (especially in kinesiology, sports medicine, pre-med, or a related field).</li><li>
Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.</li><li>
Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and rehabilitation exercises.</li><li>
A positive attitude, approachable demeanor, and professional appearance.</li></ul>

Work Location: Temple, TX 
Work Hours: The clinic operates four days a week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and one additional administrative day.
We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k, $25,000 company-paid life insurance, optional STD and LTD, and paid time off. Salary based on experience.
