Flower Planting and Landscape Bed Care Team (Four 10 hour shifts each week)Love planting and then taking care of flowers, and the freedom of being outdoors?What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Work with teams in planting and maintaining flower beds on commercial properties.</li><li>Tasks include pulling/spraying weeds, removing debris, minor pruning, blowing off walks and hardscapes.</li><li>Flower work includes planting, pinching, deadheading, fertilizing &amp; spraying flowers, and watering.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Team members will need to earn an Apprentice Applicators certification.</li><li>Valid Driver's License with good driving record.</li><li>Able to work in an outdoor environment performing physical labor.</li><li>Able to spray herbicides and insecticides to help minimize pests.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Four-day work week; 10-hour shifts in the great outdoors</li><li>Health care after 60 days &amp; retirement plan after 90 days</li><li>Paid vacation &amp; sick leave after 6 months</li></ul>There's instant gratification in this job and you'll get a lot of positive feedback, plus you'll be working with a great team! Mowing &amp; Landscape Maintenance TeamsDon't spend the spring and summer inside! Get out into the sunshine! Landscape maintenance will help you stay in shape and give you instant satisfaction with the work you do each day.
