What You'll Do</b> (and Get Paid For)<br>
<ul><li>Run your own schedule &mdash; no micromanagers, no required office time.</li><li>Knock doors, climb roofs, and inspect homes after hail and wind storms (we train you in 5</li></ul>
days flat).<br>
<ul><li>Help homeowners get brand-new roofs paid for by their insurance company (not out of their</li></ul>
pocket).<br>
<ul><li>Self-generate leads + run company-provided hot leads in storm-affected areas.</li><li>Close restoration agreements on the spot and collect checks when the job funds.</li></ul>
Duties and Responsibilities<br>
<ul><li>Inspect and document homes for storm damage</li><li>Meet directly with homeowners after inspections</li><li>Educate homeowners on the repairs and claims process and sign restoration agreements</li></ul></div><div><b>

<ul><li>$50 cash per qualified roof inspection (45&ndash;60 min average)</li><li>$2,250 &ndash; $5,000+ commission per approved claim (most reps close 3&ndash;8 jobs/month)</li><li>Top 2024 reps cleared $250K&ndash;$400K; multiple six-figure earners in their first 12 months</li><li>Monthly &amp; annual performance bonuses</li><li>Annual company trip + Rolex for top producers</li><li>Guaranteed base during training + ramp-up period</li></ul></div><div><b>
