Job Summary:<ul><li>Procurement Officer will assist in sourcing, purchasing, and managing company supplies, tools, and vehicle-related materials. The role ensures timely procurement, proper inventory handling, and accurate documentation, while working closely with the Storeman and Accounts team.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in purchasing materials, tools, and vehicle supplies as per company requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with Storeman to track inventory levels and manage stock.</li><li>Verify deliveries and ensure all items match purchase orders.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and receipts.</li><li>Support Accounts with budget tracking and submission of physical receipts.</li><li>Ensure proper handover and accountability of company assets and tools.</li><li>Follow company procurement policies and procedures strictly.</li><li>Assist in organizing and maintaining procurement files and documents.</li><li>Communicate with suppliers for order updates and delivery schedules.</li><li>Provide support in planning monthly procurement needs.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in procurement or inventory support preferred.</li><li>Basic understanding of inventory management and accounting processes.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Responsible and accountable for company assets</li></ul>Proposed Joining Date<ul><li>January 2026</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Employment Visa</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>30 days paid annual leave</li><li>Year-end Performance Bonus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available to work full-time at Dubai Science Park?</li><li>What is your expected salary?</li><li>How many years of Procurement experience do you have?</li><li>What Inventory software have you used before?</li></ul>Work Location: In personApplication Deadline: 30/11/2025 Expected Start Date: 05/01/2026
