Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.Duties:-Prior experience in the garage door industry is preferred; wage will be commensurate.- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Provide product information, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities- Enter customer information into the database accurately for record-keeping purposes- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat/text- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectivelySkills:- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle difficult or irate customers professionally- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions- Multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are a plusWe offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan options, and paid time off.
