About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join our busy ductwork manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role for a skilled individual with experience in the fabrication of ventilation and ductwork systems.You will be responsible for producing high-quality ductwork components to specification, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent workmanship at all times.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manufacture and assemble rectangular, square, and circular ductwork systems</li><li>Read and interpret technical drawings, job sheets, and specifications</li><li>Operate sheet metal machinery including guillotines, folders, rollers, lock formers, notchers, and swagers</li><li>Produce ductwork to industry standards and company quality requirements</li><li>Use hand tools and workshop equipment safely and effectively</li><li>Carry out basic welding or spot welding where required</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment</li><li>Work to deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in sheet metal work, ideally within a ductwork or HVAC manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of ductwork fabrication methods and fittings</li><li>Ability to read and work from drawings and dimensions</li><li>Experience using fabrication machinery and hand tools</li><li>Good attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team</li><li>Good understanding of Health &amp; Safety in a workshop setting</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive hourly rate / salary based on experience</li><li>Overtime opportunities</li><li>Long-term secure employment</li><li>Friendly and supportive working environment</li><li>Training and development opportunities</li><li>Company pension</li><li>Paid holidays</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease send your CV and details of your experience to marie@pro-duct.co.uk or contact us on 01592-720211 for further information.Pay: &pound;14.55-&pound;16.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Company pension</li><li>Free parking</li><li>On-site parking</li></ul>Work Location: In person
