Position Summary
This position will support sponsorship and partnership initiatives by developing compelling sponsorship presentations and proposals that effectively bring the brand and partnership opportunities to life.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities<ul><li>
Design and produce high-impact sponsorship decks, pitch presentations, proposals, signage, social media content and other event-related materials.</li><li>
Collaborate with sponsorship, marketing and sales teams to understand direction and objectives, delivering polished, high-quality materials.</li><li>
Maintain brand consistency across all presentation and marketing materials.</li><li>
Develop custom graphics and visual storytelling elements that effectively communicate partnership value.</li><li>
Enhance existing templates and create new, scalable presentation frameworks.</li><li>
Provide support to the Graphic Design team across a variety of projects and events.</li><li>
Contribute to additional creative and sponsorship-related initiatives as needed.</li><li>

Are you up for the challenge? Here are preferred qualifications we are searching for:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required in Graphic Design or a related field.</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).</li><li>
Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.</li><li>
High level of creativity with a strong understanding of layout, color, visual design graphics.</li><li>
Ability to take direction and translate feedback into polished creative.</li><li>
An understanding of the game and passion for professional football!</li></ul>
 Schedule and Benefit Highlights<ul><li>
This is a full-time, non-exempt, in-office position, typically with a Monday through Friday schedule with the responsibility to provide support and coverage during special events in the evenings and weekends.</li><li>

Graphic Designer - Sponsorship & Partnerships

Position Summary
This position will create original video content or repurpose existing content for the Pro Football Hall of Fame to be used for Social Media, Production, Exhibit Spaces and at various Hall-related events and presentations.
A Day in the Life<ul><li>
Create, curate and develop original content for Pro Football Hall of Fame.</li><li>
Create visual content, still graphics, animated graphics and trendy social media content.</li><li>
Edit various types of content for production and social media.</li><li>
Create compelling stories through video shoots, still photography and editing.</li><li>
Track and analyze the performance of content to make improvements and optimize results.</li><li>
Utilize production hardware and software such as cinematic-style cameras, camcorders, audio recorders and transmitters and more.</li><li>
Assist with posting content on various platforms.</li><li>
Assist in developing team content calendar for the week, month, year.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with copyright laws.</li><li>

 Are you up for the challenge? Here are preferred qualifications we are searching for:<ul><li>
Strong video and photo editing skills; experience with professional editing software and ability to shoot high-quality video content using industry standard mirrorless cameras.</li><li>
Must be proficient with Adobe Suite productions - Premier Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition and preferred experience with After Effects.</li><li>
High level of creativity and innovative mindset.</li><li>
An understanding of the game and passion for professional football!</li></ul>
