Our Client is a reputed company in providing Integrated Passenger Services and a Aviation hospitality company with a team of passionate professionals managing large blue- and grey-collar workforces who ensure smooth day-to-day airport operations.Position: Assistant Manager &ndash; HR OperationsWe are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to handle end-to-end HR operations. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, compliance, employee relations, Union Coordination and engagement for our on-ground workforce.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end HR operations</li><li>Hiring, onboarding, and induction training.</li><li>Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with accuracy.</li><li>Ensure 100% compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).</li><li>Handle employee relations, grievance management, and union coordination.</li><li>Implement company&rsquo;s disciplinary policies and ensure workplace discipline.</li><li>Conduct employee engagement and welfare initiatives.</li><li>Maintain HR records, reports, and MIS for management review.</li><li>Liaise with airport authorities and internal departments for manpower planning and staff related challenges.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>MBA / PGDM in HR or MSW (HR Specialization).</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in hospitality, facility management, or airport operations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and labour laws.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS tools.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based rewards.</li><li>Exposure to large-scale airport operations.</li><li>Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization.</li><li>Dynamic and collaborative work environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Santacruz East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Airport/Aviation industry : 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Marathi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
