This is a Monday - Friday position Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our customers.Duties- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming- Clean and sanitize restrooms- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap- Notify management of any repairs needed or anything is out of order- Follow cleaning procedures and guidelinesSkills- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning- Ability to work efficiently and independently- Able to follow directions and learn new skills as needed- Good time management skills- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds- Able to stand for an extended period of time- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus but not a requirementPay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Rockville, MD 20852 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Rockville, MD 20852 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
