Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our vibrant dental team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a friendly and professional environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet patients warmly, verify insurance information, and schedule appointments using dental office management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix</li><li>Assist dental providers during procedures by preparing instruments, taking x-rays, and ensuring patient comfort</li><li>Review and update medical records accurately</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems professionally with excellent phone etiquette; handle appointment rescheduling and patient inquiries</li><li>Maintain organized dental records</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of dental terminology, and insurance billing processes</li><li>Experience with EMR systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental office management software</li><li>Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and data security</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations; bilingual abilities are a plus</li><li>Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, data entry accuracy, and office management software</li><li>Previous clinic or dental office experience preferred; familiarity with medical billing, care plans, and documentation review is highly desirable</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in all administrative and clinical tasks</li></ul>Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding dental care while supporting each other&rsquo;s growth.
