<div><div><div><p>Crossroads ABA Center seeks a <b>Board Certified Behavior Analyst</b> <b>(BCBA)</b> for afterschool hours! This is an in-office, part-time position, and schedule will be 3pm-6pm, Monday-Friday.</p>
<p>
The <b>BCBA </b>will be responsible for the assessment, development, and ongoing supervision of individualized ABA programs for children with autism and related developmental disabilities in a center-based environment. The <b>BCBA </b>provides leadership to ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensures high-quality clinical programming, and promotes evidence-based practices that support meaningful progress and family collaboration.</p>
<p><b>
Qualifications</b>:</p>
<ul><li>A master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field</li></ul>
<ul><li>A current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and in good standing with the BACB.</li></ul>
<ul><li>State licensure</li></ul>
<ul><li>Minimum of 1-2 years experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism or developmental disabilities (center-based experience preferred)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Completed the 8 hour BACB supervision training (or willing to complete within first month of employment)</li></ul>
<p><b>
Job Responsibilities</b> include (but are not limited to):</p>
<ul><li>Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS) and other standardized measures as appropriate</li></ul>
<ul><li>Developing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each child's unique needs and goals</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitoring client progress through regular data review and program analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintaining documentation that meets organizational, ethical, and insurance/funding requirements</li></ul>
<ul><li>Providing direct supervision, competency assessments, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to RBTs, ABA therapists, and paraprofessionals</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conducting parent training and family consultations to promote consistency and generalization of skills across settings</li></ul>
<ul><li>Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts and maintain all certification requirements</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure all clinical services comply with applicable laws, regulations, and payer guidelines</li></ul></div></div><br>
