Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented standing seam operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and tools to produce high-quality components, ensuring precision and safety throughout the manufacturing process. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to a dynamic production environment, requiring strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality standards. The job will require traveling and some rare overnights.Duties<ul><li>Set up and program machinery</li><li>Read and interpret drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.</li><li>Perform quality inspections and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions.</li><li>Handle sheet metal, tooling, hand tools for fabrication tasks.</li><li>Operate cranes and forklifts safely for material handling and movement within the workspace.</li><li>Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience operating machinery is highly preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of fabrication processes is desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with mechanical systems tooling setup and quality inspection techniques.</li><li>Previous work in manufacturing environments involving machining or fabrication processes will be advantageous.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
