Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart or Amazon, along with strong understanding of order processing, inventory coordination, and last-mile dispatch activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.</li><li>Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely shipment and delivery.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, manage stock accuracy, and reduce shrinkage.</li><li>Handle returns, replacements, and reverse logistics efficiently.</li><li>Ensure warehouse SOPs, safety norms, and quality standards are followed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations.</li><li>Mandatory experience with Flipkart/Amazon or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong knowledge of WMS, order management, and inventory processes.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.</li><li>Basic MS Excel skills for reporting and tracking.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;23,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
