<div><b>Hours</b><b>:</b> Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM</div>
<div></div><div><div><b>Summary</b></div>
</div><div>This position will assist the purchasing department with day-to-day operations. Interact with suppliers to maintain pricing file &amp; delivery schedules. Interact with internal personnel as a liaison between purchasing, scheduling, accounting, manufacturing, &amp; customer service/order entry. Candidate must uphold and represent ProVia' s Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values.</div>
<div></div><div><div><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></div>
</div><div><i>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following</i>:</div>
<ul><li>Maintain Vendor Price File Data</li>
<li>Confirm Pricing &amp; Delivery dates on purchase orders</li>
<li>Notify purchasing/scheduling concerning delays</li>
<li>Review &amp; Resolve supplier invoice/shipment discrepancies</li>
<li>Receive Purchase Orders</li>
<li>Review &amp; Approve delivery notices</li>
<li>Review &amp; Update backorder status</li>
<li>Other duties &amp; tasks may be assigned as job develops</li>
</ul>

</div><div>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.</div>
<ul><li>Basic skills in Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management in a manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Highly Organized &amp; Time Management skills are essential</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills including conflict resolution</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Team Oriented</li></ul></div>
