About the RoleProactive Healthcare Communications provides inside sales support to leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies. As a Pharmaceutical Inside Sales Associate, you will spend the majority of your day on the phone calling physician offices on behalf of our clients. This is not a field role. Your office is your desk, your tool is the phone, and your scorecard is your dial count and connection rate. If that sounds like your idea of a great day, keep reading.What You Will Do<ul><li>Make 80-100 outbound calls per day to physician offices, targeting primary care, specialty, and other relevant practices on behalf of our pharmaceutical clients.</li><li>Reach prescribers, nurses, and office managers, delivering clear, concise product messaging that drives awareness and action.</li><li>Handle gatekeepers professionally and persistently, using proven techniques to reach the right contact.</li><li>Log all activity accurately in our CRM, tracking dials, connections, and outcomes in real time.</li><li>Meet or exceed daily dial targets and connection goals as set by your manager.</li><li>Stay current on product knowledge, messaging, and any relevant clinical updates for the products you represent.</li></ul>What We Are Looking ForRequired:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience where high-volume phone outreach was your primary job function, not a secondary responsibility.</li><li>Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding daily call volume targets (50 or more calls per day minimum).</li><li>Experience calling on physician offices, medical practices, or healthcare providers as the primary call point.</li><li>Comfort navigating gatekeeper-heavy environments (front desk staff, medical assistants, nurses) to reach prescribers.</li><li>Strong CRM discipline: you log everything, consistently, without being asked.</li><li>Excellent phone presence: clear, confident, professional, and able to deliver a concise value message quickly.</li><li>High tolerance for rejection and the resilience to stay focused and energetic through a full day of calling.</li></ul>Strongly Preferred:<ul><li>Background in pharmaceutical or medical device sales calling on physician offices.</li><li>Familiarity with specialty prescribers (wound care, surgeons, podiatrists, or similar).</li><li>History of quota rankings or performance awards tied specifically to phone or inside sales results.</li><li>Experience in a sales role that was built from scratch, without a warm book of business to inherit.</li></ul>This Role Is NOT a Good Fit If...<ul><li>You are primarily looking for a role that leads to a field territory position.</li><li>You find high daily dial volumes draining rather than motivating.</li><li>You need a long, slow sales cycle with face-to-face meetings to close.</li></ul>What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days<ul><li>Consistently hitting your daily dial target within the first two weeks.</li><li>Connecting with a meaningful percentage of targeted physician offices each week.</li><li>Delivering product messaging confidently and accurately within the first month.</li></ul>Building a reliable daily routine with consistent CRM documentation.Remote Inside Sales Associate Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA</li><li>Excellent communication and writing skills</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office</li><li>2 years of experience in healthcare sales and customer service with a proven track record of success</li><li>Technical learning and agility</li><li>Motivated to excel within a competitive and collaborative environment</li><li>Skilled in executing outbound calls and email interactions with assigned targets</li><li>Strong prioritizing, multi-tasking and time management skills to meet sales goals and deadlines</li></ul>Remote Inside Sales Associate Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ability to handle high call volume</li><li>Utilize CRM software to accurately track interactions and manage relationships effectively</li><li>Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills to address questions from healthcare providers</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growing market share within the territory</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year inclusive of benefitsBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement</li></ul>Supplemental Pay:<ul><li>Bonus opportunities</li></ul>Work Location: RemotePay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
