Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Associate with 2 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring smooth onboarding, and supporting HR operations across Pune and Hosur locations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions.</li><li>Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to attract suitable candidates.</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.</li><li>Conduct initial HR interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience.</li><li>Prepare job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.</li><li>Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.</li><li>Support onboarding activities and ensure completion of joining formalities.</li><li>Assist HR team in employee engagement initiatives and documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in the automation/engineering/IT industry).</li><li>Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within timelines.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.</li></ul>Location : Pune and Hosur share your resume on careers@pcscontrols.inJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
