Weare looking for an experienced Real-Time Application Support Engineer to support and manage high-performance data systems. The ideal candidate must have strong SQL expertise combined with experience working in an ITIL-based environment. Knowledge of kdb+/q is preferred and will be a strong advantage. The role focuses on monitoring real-time applications, resolving production issues, improving system performance, and automating operational tasks.</p>

Required Skills:</b><br>
<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with SQL.</li><li>Solid exposure to ITIL processes (incident/change/problem).</li><li>Experience supporting production or real-time environments.</li><li>Good understanding of networking fundamentals (latency, throughput, TCP/IP).</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.</li></ul></div><div><br>
