We&rsquo;re seeking an <b>HR Business Partner (HRBP) </b>to join our Talent Management Team on a short-term contract with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role. This position combines hands-on recruiting with broader HR responsibilities to support our growing organization.

</b></h3><ul><li><b>Recruitment Leadership
</b><ul><li>Drive full-cycle recruiting for key roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver top talent quickly.
</li></ul></li><li><b>Strategic HR Partnership
</b><ul><li>Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
</li><li>Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
</li></ul></li><li><b>Onboarding Excellence
</b><ul><li>Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
</li></ul></li><li><b>Employee Relations
</b><ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor for employee questions and assist with resolving issues.
</li></ul></li><li><b>Performance &amp; Engagement
</b><ul><li>Support performance review processes and coach managers on feedback and goal-setting.
</li></ul></li><li><b>Special Projects
</b><ul><li>Lead HR initiatives such as engagement programs, DEI efforts, and process improvements.
</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Bring
</b></h3><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
</li><li>3+ years of HR experience, including strong recruiting expertise.
</li><li>Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
</li><li>Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
</li><li>High integrity, confidentiality, and proactive mindset.
