We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated and commercially minded Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our high-performing sales team in Dubai. Our Sales Development team is an essential component of our sales model and has helped fuel our incredible growth. As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative you&rsquo;ll develop an understanding of some of the largest enterprise accounts in the construction industry and Procore&rsquo;s product to help improve one of the world&rsquo;s largest industries.

What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul>
<li>
Create new business opportunities to fuel Procore&rsquo;s growth</li>
<li>
Partner with an Account Executive to achieve mutually aligned sales quotas each month</li>
<li>
Engage construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them</li>
<li>
Have the autonomy to operate beyond your role and help the team improve our process, training, use of technology, and any other aspects of our business</li>
<li>
Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business</li>
<li>
Conduct daily activities including:</li>
</ul><ul><li>Pre-call research and planning</li><li>Make a high volume of calls per day</li><li>Follow-up with previous contacts (nurturing leads)</li><li>Maintain Salesforce records</li></ul>
What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is preferred or a desire to pursue a career in Sales</li>
<li>
2+ years of prior experience in Software Sales, specifically Saas</li>
<li>
Proven track record in prospecting into larger accounts</li>
<li>
Prepare to enter an assigned territory and make an immediate impact</li>
<li>
Learn the role by calling into dedicated accounts</li>
<li>
Prioritize learning and development and progress quickly through our Procore certification process</li>

Sales Development Representative, MENA

<div>Job Description
We&rsquo;re looking for a Customer Success Engineer to drive the success of Procore&rsquo;s Enterprise customers. You will succeed in this role when the customer succeeds in adopting and realising value from their investment in Procore. You will literally be helping improve the lives of our construction customers by connecting them on a global platform.
As a successful Lead Customer Success Engineer you&rsquo;ll help organisations understand best practices around construction technology and solutions, and the many business benefits they can provide. You&rsquo;ll work in a highly collaborative and driven environment that values openness, optimism, and ownership.
In this role, you&rsquo;ll leverage your consultative-mindset and knowledge of the construction industry and the Procore software platform to provide clients with recommendations on how to maximise the value of their Procore technology. You&rsquo;ll partner closely cross-functionally with Sales, PS, Support, Product and Marketing. Successful candidates are passionate about construction and technology.

Make data-driven recommendations to your customers on how they can optimise the value of Procore, based on customer analytics and industry best practices.</li>

Demonstrated success in a Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Pre-Sales setting or in a role within the Construction Industry (Project Manager, Site Super, Project Finance Manager, Estimator or Project Engineer)</li>
<li>
Ability to leverage strong technical aptitude to master Procore&rsquo;s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies</li>
<li>
Outstanding presentation and communication skills both in-person and through virtual meetings, and in writing with internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesise relevant and impactful intelligence from ambiguous data</li>
<li>
Experience acting as a technology evangelist and promoter of modernising the Construction industry is a plus</li>
<li>
Understanding of the construction industry across different verticals (general contracting, subcontracting, real estate development, etc.) is a plus</li>

Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master

We&rsquo;re looking for a Mobile Senior Manager, Software Engineering to join Procore&rsquo;s Product &amp; Technology Team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for establishing the strategic technical direction and actively driving the execution of the strategy across many areas of our Android and iOS apps.
As a Mobile Senior Manager, you&rsquo;ll partner with Engineering, Product Management, Design, and Architects to lead development of software that helps improve how our customers use Procore on their mobile devices on the jobsite. You'll use your leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills to build highly effective systems and practices, foster collaborative relationships, and measure value delivered to our customers.

<li>Experience with CI/CD infrastructure such as CircleCI, Github Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent.</li>
