Company Secretaries (CS) - A SaStatutory Position with expertise in corporate law, governance, taxation, and compliance.Conart Engineers Ltd. invites applications for the position of Company Secretary (CS) at its corporate office in Vadodara, Gujarat.www.conartengineers.comEligibility Criteria- Must be a qualified Company Secretary and a member of ICSI.- Minimum 5 years of experience in a listed company.- Strong command over statutory compliances under applicable acts.- Well-versed in SEBI and Stock Exchange regulations.Key Responsibilities- Drafting and preparing Notices and Agendas for Board Meetings (BM), Annual General Meetings (AGM), Extraordinary General Meetings (EOGM), and Investment Committee Meetings.- Conducting and documenting Board Meetings, AGMs, and EOGMs.- Maintaining Minutes Books for all meetings.- Drafting and filing Board and Shareholder Resolutions.- Managing compliances related to appointment/retirement of Directors and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).- Drafting the Director&rsquo;s Report.- Maintaining Statutory Registers as per the Companies Act, 2013.- Preparing and filing the AGM Report and Fixed cum Movable Assets Statement.- Ensuring timely KYC of Directors and filing of MSME returns.- Handling all ROC-related matters and filings.- Managing compliances related to appointment/retirement of Auditors.- Performing any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a Company Seretary license?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In personApplication Deadline: 11/12/2025 Expected Start Date: 17/11/2025
