Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities</b></div><div><ul><li><br>
ML Pipeline Automation</li><li>Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models using Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.</li><li>Automate model packaging, artifact storage, versioning, and deployment.</li><li>Platform Integration</li><li>Integrate ML platforms (Snowflake, Azure ML, Git-based pipelines) for end-to-end lifecycle support.</li><li>Collaborate with data engineers to design feature stores and manage training datasets.</li><li>Governance &amp; Risk Management</li><li>Enforce model governance policies, including risk management and audit trails.</li><li>Monitor and optimize ML environments for performance and cost efficiency.</li><li>API &amp; Infrastructure Enablement</li><li>Implement secure API endpoints for model consumption.</li><li>Support containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).</li></ul></div>
Requirements:

Technical Expertise</li><li>3+ years in ML Ops or related engineering roles.</li><li>Proficiency in CI/CD tools, cloud ML platforms, and scripting languages (Python, Bash).</li><li>Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and API design.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Communication</li><li>Strong ability to work across data science, engineering, and IT teams.</li><li>Tools &amp; Technologies</li><li>Familiarity with model governance, risk management, and monitoring frameworks.</li></ul></div></div>

ML Ops Engineer

ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, and the ability to lead complex implementations and mentor junior engineers. This role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership to ensure the ServiceNow platform meets business and IT needs.</div><div><b>

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., TSM, SOMT, OMT, TNI, GRC, SecOps).</li><li>
Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation using ServiceNow tools (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub).</li><li>
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to translate requirements into scalable solutions.</li><li>
Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications (REST, SOAP, APIs, LDAP, SSO, etc.).</li><li>
Contribute to and guide CMDB design, discovery, and service mapping.</li><li>
Ensure platform stability, performance, and best practices across implementations.</li><li>

Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li><b>
4+ years of ServiceNow development experience</b> with proven hands-on expertise.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and at least two additional modules (CSM, HRSD, GRC, or SecOps).</li><li>
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.</li><li>
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, SSO, LDAP, etc.).</li><li>
Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices.</li><li>
Experience with CMDB and Discovery.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).</li><li>
One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.</li><li>
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).</li><li>
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</li></ul></div>
