Civil Engineer – Estimation & Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate carpentry teams on multiple project sites.</li><li>Plan daily work schedules, manpower, and material requirements.</li><li>Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.</li><li>Inspect and monitor carpentry work to ensure quality and compliance.</li><li>Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.</li><li>Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.</li><li>Provide on-site training, technical guidance, and performance feedback to carpentry staff.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of work progress, attendance, and material usage.</li><li>Travel between sites for supervision, inspections, and client meetings.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
