Responsibilities:<ul><li>Understand business objectives and client briefs, and translate them into creative, visually engaging design solutions.</li><li>Conceptualize and design graphics for social media, branding, digital campaigns, ads, presentations, and more.</li><li>Produce high-quality illustrations, logos, layouts, banners, and other visual assets using industry-standard software.</li><li>Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketing teams, and the Creative Director to deliver cohesive and impactful designs.</li><li>Work with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other relevant design tools.</li><li>Create visually compelling assets using skills in graphic design, 3D illustration, visual communication, typography, or related disciplines.</li><li>Maintain strong brand consistency across all design and communication materials.</li><li>Present design concepts to internal teams/clients, and refine designs based on feedback.</li><li>Stay updated with modern design trends, including motion graphics, minimalistic layouts, AI-enhanced design workflows, 3D design elements, and contemporary visual styles.</li><li>Ensure all creatives are optimized for multiple platforms (web, social media, print, ads, etc.).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
