Job Title: Travel ConsultantLocation: Gandhinagar Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Freshers with strong communication can also apply) Industry: Travel &amp; Tourism Salary :- 12k to 20k + Incentives based on performance Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Interact with customers to understand their travel requirements and preferences.</li><li>Provide guidance on travel destinations, create travel quotation, visa processes, and travel documentation.</li><li>Handle booking enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.</li><li>Process reservations, issue tickets, and confirm bookings with suppliers.</li><li>Coordinate with travel partners like airlines, hotels, and tour operators.</li><li>Handle travel cancellations, rescheduling, and customer queries.</li><li>Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback and repeat business.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with customers to maximize sales growth.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Knowledge of domestic &amp; international destinations</li><li>Basic understanding of travel booking portals</li><li>Strong sales and negotiation skills</li><li>Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Email)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
