<div><p>We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to help design, build, and deploy GenAI and LLM-based solutions across our organization, primarily within the Microsoft and Azure ecosystem. In this role, you turn business challenges into production-ready AI applications, from prompt and retrieval design to evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. You work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver reliable, responsible, and high-impact AI solutions.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul><li><p>Design, develop, and deploy GenAI and LLM-based applications (e.g. assistants, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation)</p>
</li><li><p>Build solutions using Microsoft and Azure AI tooling (e.g. Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI), with custom development where needed</p>
</li><li><p>Build robust prompting, retrieval, and evaluation pipelines with reproducible results</p>
</li><li><p>Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, data sources, and APIs</p>
</li><li><p>Define and track quality metrics (accuracy, latency, cost) and continuously improve solutions</p>
</li><li><p>Apply responsible-AI practices: safety, privacy, evaluation, and monitoring</p>
</li><li><p>Develop reusable components and tooling to accelerate AI development across teams</p>
</li><li><p>Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions</p>
</li><li><p>Contribute to deployment and operational practices for reliable AI services</p>
</li><li><p>Stay current with developments in GenAI, LLMs, and the broader AI ecosystem.</p>

<div><ul><li><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field</p>
</li><li><p>3+ years of experience in software, data, or AI/ML engineering</p>
</li><li><p>Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs (prompting, RAG, and/or fine-tuning)</p>
</li><li><p>Experience with the Microsoft AI ecosystem (e.g. Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI) is a strong plus</p>
</li><li><p>Working knowledge of Python (or a similar language) is helpful, but not a hard requirement</p>
</li><li><p>Familiarity with LLM tooling and concepts (e.g. RAG, vector databases, evaluation frameworks)</p>
</li><li><p>Awareness of MLOps and how AI solutions are deployed and operated</p>
</li><li><p>Familiarity with responsible-AI principles (safety, privacy, evaluation)</p>
</li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p>
</li><li><p>Good communication skills and a collaborative, customer-oriented mindset</p>
</li><li><p>Experience in an international or fast-paced environment is a plus.
