<div>
We are seeking a Fulfillment Lead at our Grapevine DFW location to support daily warehouse operations and lead a team on the floor. This role is responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining productivity and quality standards. The Fulfillment Lead will also train team members, adjust workflows based on volume, and help drive overall team performance.</div><div>
Requirements:</div>
<ul><li>
At least one year of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment</li><li>
RF scanner knowledge</li><li>
Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills</li><li>
Lead and support warehouse team members on the floor</li><li>
Train new hires and help improve team performance</li><li>
Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time</li><li>
Adjust workflow based on volume and priorities</li><li>
Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety guidelines</li><li>

Role Summary</b></div>

Due to grow and expansion we are hiring one more Bilingual Onboarding &amp; Staffing Assistants to be the front-line face of our HR team. This role sits at the front desk with two other Staffing Assistants and focuses on staffing and onboarding for our Spanish-speaking production workforce, from greeting walk-in applicants to getting new hires fully set up for day one.</div><br>

You do not need prior HR experience. We&rsquo;re looking for strong work history, customer service skills, and emotional intelligence. If you can stay calm in a busy environment, treat everyone with respect, and communicate clearly in both English and Spanish, we can teach you the rest.</div><br>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div>
<ul><li>
Greet and check in walk-in applicants and scheduled candidates, primarily Spanish-speaking production workers, and guide them through the application and onboarding steps.</li><li>
Conduct new-hire paperwork sessions in Spanish and English, ensuring forms are complete, accurate, and compliant.</li><li>
Enter and update candidate and employee information in HR systems, with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>
Coordinate start dates, orientations, and line assignments with HR and operations so new hires know where to go and what to expect on day one.</li><li>
Answer front-desk phones and in-person questions from applicants, employees, and supervisors in a professional, solutions-oriented manner.</li><li>
Help maintain organized digital and physical employee files and onboarding documentation.</li><li>
Support seasonal hiring surges (especially May&ndash;September) by moving applicants efficiently through the process and keeping recruiters informed of daily progress.</li><li>
Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team as we build and refine workflows, sharing observations and ideas for improving the applicant and new-hire experience.</li></ul><br>

Bilingual in English and Spanish; you must be able to explain forms and processes clearly in both languages.</li><li>
At least 3&ndash;5 years of consistent work history in roles such as customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, or office/administrative support.</li><li>
Strong attendance and reliability record over the last 5 years; we will be looking for stability and commitment.</li><li>
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to stay patient, professional, and respectful with people from many backgrounds.</li><li>
High emotional intelligence: you know how to handle difficult situations, give clear boundaries, and represent HR with maturity.</li><li>
Comfortable with basic computer work (email, calendars, data entry, Microsoft Office); experience with HR or applicant tracking systems is a plus but not required.</li><li>
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, while keeping paperwork accurate and organized.</li><li>
Available for full-time, in-person work in Grapevine, TX, with flexibility during peak hiring season (May&ndash;September).</li></ul><br>
