Job Title: Junior Executive &ndash; Human Resources (Time Office &amp; Labour Management)Department: Human Resources Location: Abu Road, District Sirohi (Rajasthan) Reporting To: HR Manager / Sr. Executive &ndash; HR Salary Range: &#8377;15,000 &ndash; &#8377;20,000 (Gross per month)Educational Qualification:<ul><li>MHRM / MSW / PG Diploma in HR Management</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in Time Office, Attendance Management, and Labour Administration (preferably in a manufacturing setup).</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:1. Attendance &amp; Time Office Management<ul><li>Collect and maintain daily labour attendance from all plant departments.</li><li>Prepare and submit attendance and overtime (OT) reports accurately.</li><li>Ensure proper shift records and monitor absenteeism.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors and supervisors for attendance discrepancies.</li></ul>2. Statutory Compliance Support<ul><li>Handle ESIC registration, maintain records, and coordinate with HR for compliance.</li><li>Maintain labour data and assist in monthly compliance documentation.</li></ul>3. Labour &amp; Manpower Control<ul><li>Monitor and control labour strength, especially during night shifts.</li><li>Ensure adequate manpower availability as per production needs.</li><li>Address labour-related grievances and coordinate with security and supervisors.</li></ul>4. Staff Colony &amp; Facility Management<ul><li>Act as warden for the staff colony &ndash; oversee housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance issues.</li><li>Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repair work.</li><li>Maintain discipline and ensure proper living conditions in the colony.</li></ul>5. Housekeeping &amp; General Administration<ul><li>Supervise daily housekeeping activities in plant and colony areas.</li><li>Ensure upkeep of common areas and support the admin team in facility management.</li></ul>6. Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare daily and weekly reports related to attendance, OT, and manpower.</li><li>Support HR in various employee welfare activities and audits.</li><li>Be available as the primary point of contact for labour and colony-related matters.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of attendance &amp; overtime management</li><li>Basic understanding of ESIC and statutory compliance</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to handle labour workforce and maintain discipline</li><li>Hands-on with MS Excel and attendance software</li><li>Willingness to work under pressure and during odd hours if required</li></ul>Other Details:<ul><li>Preferred Candidate: From nearby areas (Abu Road, Sirohi, Palanpur, Mount Abu, etc.)</li><li>Accommodation: Company-provided staff colony accommodation available</li><li>Working Hours: As per factory shift requirements (must be available for night shift monitoring when required)</li></ul>How to Apply: Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to mahesh.kushwaha@proecenergy.com with the subject line &quot;Junior Executive &ndash; Human Resources Application &ndash; [Your Name]&quot;.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
