Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven HR and Recruitment Specialist/Manager to lead all aspects of our talent acquisition and HR operations. The role will own the end-to-end recruitment process, with a core focus on campus and college hiring to attract fresh technical and business talent. As a key HR team member, you will also oversee policy development, payroll management, data compliance, and employee relations, acting as a strategic partner across functions. This position demands extensive travel to campuses, colleges, and universities nationwide.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition&middot; Develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential candidates from leading colleges, universities, and technical institutes.&middot; Build relationships with campus placement cells, faculty members, and student groups to promote employer branding and talent pipelines.&middot; Manage the full recruitment cycle: requisition approval, job postings, outreach, screening, assessment, interviews, selection, and onboarding.&middot; Organize and conduct campus drives, career fairs, seminars, and employer branding events; coordinate pre-placement talks and group assessments.&middot; Leverage digital platforms for sourcing, assessment centers, and candidate engagement.&middot; Maintain strong candidate data records, feedback, and recruitment analytics for ongoing process improvement.Human Resources Management&middot; Develop, review, and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and operational procedures in line with best practices and statutory requirements.&middot; Administer payroll processing and HR data management&mdash;ensure timely salary, incentives, benefits, and compliance reporting.&middot; Oversee onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires (including freshers from campus).&middot; Handle exit formalities, employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters sensitively and professionally.&middot; Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.Stakeholder Relations &amp; Travel&middot; Act as the primary HR liaison between management, colleges/universities, and placement coordinators.&middot; Represent the company at campus events, maintaining a positive employer reputation and strong university partnerships.&middot; Plan and execute regular travel itineraries for campus hiring seasons, attending university and college events nationwide.Data, Compliance &amp; Reporting&middot; Ensure HRIS, recruitment, and payroll systems are updated and compliant.&middot; Prepare reports and presentations on hiring outcomes, cost metrics, HR data, and campus recruitment trends for senior management.&middot; Monitor compliance with labour laws, internal codes of conduct, and company standards.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.&middot; 5+ years&rsquo; experience in HR/recruitment, preferably with campus or college hiring exposure and hands-on experience with full employee life-cycle.&middot; Proven record in campus recruitment: relationships with educational institutions, organizing placement drives, conducting interviews, and onboarding.&middot; In-depth understanding of HR operations: policies, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.&middot; Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.&middot; Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, MS Office Suite, and payroll systems.&middot; Willingness and ability to travel extensively for campus hiring initiatives.&middot; Ability to manage multiple priorities, act independently, and deliver under tight timelines.Preferred Attributes&middot; Existing network within top universities, business, or technical colleges.&middot; Experience working with rapidly scaling organizations or start-ups.&middot; Analytical mindset; able to report and improve on campus hiring and HR metrics.&middot; Cultural sensitivity and commitment to diversity and inclusion.Benefits&middot; Competitive salary, travel allowance/reimbursement, and performance-based incentives.&middot; Opportunity to shape company talent strategy and foster relationships with top institutions.&middot; Growth pathway to senior HR leadership based on impact and performance.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
