<div>The Financial Analyst (FP&amp;A) supports the Company&rsquo;s financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis processes. This role partners with finance leadership and operating teams to deliver insights into business performance, key drivers, and forward-looking expectations.</div>
<div></div><div>The analyst will play a hands-on role in budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and financial modeling, while also supporting select treasury-related forecasting (cash flow and interest) as part of the broader planning process. This position offers strong exposure to senior leadership, operational drivers, and strategic initiatives in a fast growing organization.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Support annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes</li>
<li>Prepare monthly reporting and variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast/prior year)</li>
<li>Translate large datasets into clear insights on revenue, cost, and profitability drivers</li>
<li>Partner with operations to understand performance and refine forecasts</li>
<li>Assist in preparation of management and Board reporting materials</li>
<li>Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools</li>
<li>Support the monthly close process through review and analysis of results</li>
<li>Perform ad hoc and rapid-turn analysis to support operational and strategic decisions</li>
<li>Contribute to process improvements across FP&amp;A and reporting</li>
<li>Assist with cash flow forecasting</li>
<li>Support analysis of interest expense, debt, and liquidity within planning cycles</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field</li>
<li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in FP&amp;A, finance, or accounting</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills required, including ability to build models from scratch and work efficiently with large datasets</li>
<li>Experience with financial modeling and driver-based forecasting</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work with incomplete or unstructured data and develop practical solutions</li>
<li>Solid understanding of financial statements</li>
<li>Effective communication skills, including ability to work cross-functionally with non-finance partners</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Experience in transportation, logistics, or a driver-based operating model is a plus</li>
<li>Exposure to cash flow or treasury concepts and familiarity with GTreasury or similar cash management tools is a plus</li>

<div><b>Job Summary</b></div>
<div>The Accounts Receivable and Payable (AR/AP) Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments and collections, while contributing to strong cash flow and maintaining healthy vendor and customer relationships. The AR/AP Specialist will also perform general bookkeeping duties such as reconciling accounts, recording bank transactions, and generating journal entries.</div>
<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></h1>
<div>Accounts Receivable:</div>
<ul><li>Process and review customer invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery</li>
<li>Record customer payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers</li>
<li>Perform daily cash management duties, including recording bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipts, and posting of cash</li>
<li>Monitor outstanding invoices, contact customers with overdue accounts, and pursue collection of payments</li>
</ul><div>Accounts Payable:</div>
<ul><li>Process and review vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, appropriate coding, documentation and approval per the company&rsquo;s chart of authority</li>
<li>Ensure timely vendor payments within established payment terms</li>
</ul><div>Other Duties:</div>
<ul><li>Reconcile AR/AP ledgers with the general ledger to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies, prepare journal entries as needed</li>
<li>Address vendor/customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account status</li>
<li>Assist with reporting and compliance activities

<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED; Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred</li>
<li>2 + years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, or billing experience</li>
<li>Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of general accounting practices for accounts receivable and cash management</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, as well as accounting software and ERP/TMS systems (Acumatica and Magnus preferred)</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>

<div>Responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to effectively resolve cargo claims submissions and disputes.</div>
<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></h1>
<ul><li>Receives, reviews and acknowledges cargo claims damage notifications and FNOL in a timely manner</li>
<li>Monitors claims management software and activities to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives</li>
<li>Evaluates claims experience based upon driver category to assess damage type, severity, and costs</li>
<li>Investigates, negotiates, and processes cargo claims in accordance with various customer&rsquo;s policies and procedures within industry standards</li>
<li>Follows standard operating procedures to appropriately review, handle, and settle large volumes of claims in a timely manner</li>
<li>Requests claims documentation from dealers, customers, claimants, and insurers</li>
<li>Reviews, updates, and reports cargo claims data to support process improvement and operating performance measures</li>
<li>Works with Claims Management team members to determine cargo claims damage liability</li>
<li>Collaborate with drivers, dealers, customers, and insurers to collect and communicate cargo claim information</li>
<li>Communicates outcomes of cargo claim acceptance or denial decisions to owner-operators and/or customers</li>
<li>Submits approved claims to accounting for payment processing</li>
<li>Additional duties assigned as needed</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h1>
<ul><li>High school education or GED required.</li>
<li>Two years of prior claims processing experience preferred.</li>
<li>Auto hauling or transportation industry experience preferred.</li>
