<div><b>Job Summary</b></div>
<div>Operations Inspection Team Member is responsible for managing the day-to-day yard activities related to inventory and auto haulers entering and exiting the property for the movement of vehicles. This individual assists in the daily management of the terminal, consistent with the goals and initiatives of the Company.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities could include:</b></div>
<ul><li>Inspect cargo units and mark damage in PAL&rsquo;s Magnus Transportation Management System. Advise auto haulers on proper damage procedures and required notifications.</li>
<li>Observe auto haulers for proper safety practices and loading procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure loads comply with space requirements and are secured properly per customer guidelines and requirements</li>
<li>Document and immediately notify responsible parties of maintenance or safety issues that could cause serious injury or damage.</li>
<li>Notify Safety of reasonable suspicion to ensure any potentially unsafe drivers are immediately relieved from work, pending complete investigation.</li>
<li>Enforce yard rules, policies, and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist in preparation of a Dealer Pick-up</li>
<li>Perform daily and weekly yard audits to verify inventory.</li>
<li>Shuttle drivers to location of vehicle(s) or another yard.</li>
<li>Maintain company vehicle through routine servicing and cleaning regularly.</li>
</ul>
<div><b>Requirements</b></div>
<ul><li>High School Diploma and two or more years of related experience.</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License with clean record; CDL License is preferred</li>
<li>Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong ability to multi-task, work independently, and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment, with periods of standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.</li>
<li>Must be physically able to lift up to 50lbs.</li>

<div><b>Job Summary</b></div>
<div>The Clerical Data Entry team member supports the maintenance shop by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining records related to work orders, inventory, equipment repairs, and maintenance schedules. This role ensures smooth shop operations by providing timely data, organized documentation, and strong administrative support.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities could include:</b></div>
<ul><li><div>Enter and update maintenance work orders, equipment logs, service records, and inspection reports into the company&rsquo;s maintenance system</div>
</li><li><div>Review incoming work orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper coding</div>
</li><li><div>Track job progress and close out completed work orders</div>
</li><li><div>Maintain accurate inventory records for parts, tools, and materials; assist with generating low-stock or reorder reports</div>
</li><li><div>File, scan, or organize documentation including invoices, repair receipts, manuals, and compliance paperwork</div>
</li><li><div>Assist with scheduling preventive maintenance</div>
</li><li><div>Communicate with technicians, supervisors, and vendors to gather or clarify needed information</div>
</li><li><div>Generate routine reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on shop activity, labor hours, equipment downtime, and other metrics</div>
</li><li><div>Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and supporting administrative tasks</div>
</li><li><div>Ensure all data is entered in a timely, accurate, and organized manner</div><br>
</li></ul><div></div><div><b>Requirements</b></div>
<ul><li><div>High school diploma or equivalent</div>
</li><li><div>1&ndash;2 years clerical, administrative, or data entry experience (maintenance or industrial environment preferred)</div>
</li><li><div>Strong data entry skills with high accuracy</div>
</li><li><div>Familiarity with maintenance software or ERP systems is a plus</div>
</li><li><div>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</div>
</li><li><div>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</div>
</li><li><div>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.</div>
</li><li><div>Good communication and teamwork skills</div><br>
