We are Real Estate Company based in Abu Dhabi, looking to hire Admin Portal Specialist to join team. As a Real Estate Admin Portal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support in marketing the property through any channels.<ul><li>Create, update, and manage property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and other relevant portals.</li><li>Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and adhere to platform guidelines.</li><li>Monitor and manage listing credits, including purchasing additional credits or premium placements as needed.</li><li>Track and reconcile costs associated with portal listings, ensuring adherence to the budget.</li><li>Generate and analyze performance reports for listings to assess engagement and effectiveness.</li><li>Use data insights to recommend improvements for listing visibility and performance.</li><li>Verify the accuracy of listing information and ensure compliance with portal regulations.</li><li>Promptly address any issues or discrepancies with listings.</li><li>Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other team members to gather and verify property information.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in real estate or a similar role, with experience in managing Various Portals</li><li>Full knowledge of using the computer such as Microsoft office etc.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate management software / CRM</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Benefits:- Basic salary-Visa &amp; Medical Insurance will be provided by the company.Application Process:To be part of the future of Profile Group Properties and to create a significant impact in the industry, we invite you to contact us.
