About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2 years of professional experience in creating engaging visual content for digital and print media. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a good sense of typography, color, and layout.You&rsquo;ll collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with brand identity and support business goals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design compelling visual assets for digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns, ads, etc.) and print materials (brochures, posters, packaging, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create designs that communicate key messages effectively.</li><li>Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all visuals and marketing channels.</li><li>Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.</li><li>Prepare final artwork for production and ensure quality output across media formats.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a creative agency, startup, or in-house design team.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.</li><li>Experience designing for social media, web, and print.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>A portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills.</li></ul>Nice-to-Have Skills<ul><li>Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro).</li><li>Knowledge of UI design or branding systems.</li><li>Experience with photography, illustration, or animation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
