CPA certification is a plus, but not required.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Daily Bank Reconciliation using the Xero Accounting system</li><li>Daily Invoice Processing</li><li>Daily Sales Import</li><li>Weekly processing of payments to vendors</li><li>Weekly Payroll using Deputy, Tanda, &amp; Ento and payout using Xero</li><li>Assist in the preparation of Weekly KPI</li><li>Monthly lodgment of Payroll Tax using State Revenue Office, Queensland Government, and Revenue NSW portals.</li><li>Monthly or Quarterly lodgment of Installment Activity Statement or Business Activity Statement using the Australian Taxation Office portal.</li><li>Quarterly processing and payment of Superannuation Fund.</li><li>Daily monitoring of each client&rsquo;s email and responding to vendors' queries.</li><li>Other tasks as assigned.</li></ul>To join our team, you need:<ul><li>To be of legal working age</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting</li><li>Candidate must have at least 1 year of Xero Experience</li><li>Exceptional communication skills</li><li>Basic computer navigation skills</li><li>Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Xero: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
