ProFound Care &ndash; Bronx / WestchesterJob OverviewProFound Care, a growing healthcare staffing agency serving NYC and Westchester, is seeking an organized and dependable Scheduler / Administrative Coordinator to support daily staffing and compliance operations for residential and educational programs.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, solving coverage gaps quickly, and maintaining organized records in a fast-moving environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage staff schedules and fill open shifts across assigned facilities</li><li>Communicate schedule updates and coverage needs with staff and facility contacts</li><li>Coordinate transportation scheduling for staff when needed</li><li>Track attendance and address last-minute call-outs or coverage gaps</li><li>Ensure only cleared and compliant staff are scheduled</li><li>Maintain accurate scheduling records within our staffing system (AxisCare)</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks related to staff onboarding and compliance</li><li>Track required documentation such as background checks, medical clearances, and training records</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior scheduling or staffing experience preferred (home care or healthcare staffing a plus)</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience with scheduling software such as AxisCare or similar platforms preferred</li><li>Administrative experience related to compliance or onboarding is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding healthcare staffing agency</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment</li></ul>Join a company committed to supporting the facilities and communities we serve.Apply with your resume today.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid training</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Why are you applying for this role?</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Bronx, NY 10467 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Bronx, NY 10467: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bronx, NY 10467
