Who we areAt Progenesis, we are a team of experts fighting against infertility issues that couples often face,ensuring a hurdle-free journey towards pregnancy.It was in 2014 when we first stepped into the area of healthcare with the sole motto of beingcompanions in highs &amp;amp; lows of couples journey to parenthood.Company Website - www.progenesisivf.comWhat you will do | Job Responsibility● To update patients file as per patient&rsquo;s, follow up visit with doctor.● Record &amp;amp; maintain patient information/ medical histories.● Need to do daily OPD with a Senior Doctor.● Need to assist a senior doctor in primary consultation and assessment.● Assist in prescribing medications &amp;amp; providing OPD, IPD care to the couple.● Do clinical examination of the couple, analyse records, reports and test results.● To maintain accurate &amp;amp; clear medical records.● To Assist Doctor during sonography of patient &amp;amp; explain prescription to patients asprescribed by Consultant Doctor.● To maintain IPD records and to prepare IPD papers of admitted patients. Admission anddischarge summaries.● To guide sisters as per guidelines given by the Doctor in case of IPD patients.● To monitor sister&rsquo;s work i.e. Medication.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹14,612.60 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
