 About The Role
 
 
 
 Reporting to the Branch Manager and the HR Department, you will be responsible for designing and executing hiring strategies that align with the company&rsquo;s long-term business goals. You will lead all phases of the hiring process and play a pivotal role in evolving our company brand and recruitment operations.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level and critical roles, ensuring a tailored experience for both candidates and the company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate open positions, defining technical requirements, core competencies and the ideal candidate profile.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft accurate job descriptions that reflect role, responsibilities and competencies required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles, including resume screening and proactive sourcing of passive talent via professional networks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct structured behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit from both a technical and cultural perspective.
 </li>
 <li>
 Efficiently utilize the internal ATS platform to manage the candidate process and ensure data integrity throughout the hiring process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate the final selection process by preparing job offers and managing negotiations to ensure successful candidate closing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Make suggestion to optimize, audit and improve recruitment workflows, from refining our ATS architecture to support implementing more effective interview scorecards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Spearhead initiatives to enhance the company position through social media and industry networking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to interpret labor market trends and competitor activity to adjust hiring strategies in real-time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Headquarters Management to design and champion inclusive hiring programs to ensure a diverse slate of candidates and unbiased evaluation processes.

 Requirements:
 
 
 
 Key Competencies And Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, within an internal corporate environment is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certification in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR, CTAS, or equivalent) is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with modern ATS platforms, various recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of local labor laws and GDPR/privacy regulations regarding candidate data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, strategic thinking and multitasking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 </li>
 <li>
 High proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
 </li>
