Our product is sector-agnostic, so it can help any enterprise, including manufacturing, construction, warehouses, logistics, educational institutes, office spaces and retail.Role Overview: We are seeking motivated Business Development Associates who can do end-to-end sales, to expand our customer base globally. This role is ideal for candidates who are self-driven and looking for flexibility while gaining experience in technology sales.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Research and identify potential clients in target industries.</li><li>Generate leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate product demos.</li><li>Maintain prospect database and provide regular updates.</li><li>Collaborate with the leadership team to close opportunities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Interest in SaaS/AI technology and business development.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Prior sales/marketing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Retainer (attractive performance-based incentives)</li><li>Flexible working hours and remote work option.</li><li>Opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership role.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR250,000.00 - QAR350,000.00 per year
