Contract Drafting and Execution<br>
<ul><li>Review contract requests in Yardi workflow along with supporting documents</li><li>Draft contracts, lien waivers and pay applications using standardized templates based on ownership group and risk level</li><li>Verify vendor credentialing status in RealPage before proceeding</li><li>Send contracts with payment application instructions to vendors</li><li>Review and validate returned contracts for any changes</li><li>Route contracts through DocuSign for VP approval and signature</li><li>Upload executed contracts back into Yardi and complete workflow steps</li><li>Monitor and respond to vendor and internal queries received in the shared mailbox</li></ul>

PES India is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to support our U.S. operations by leveraging their advanced capabilities in the Indirect procurement space to support Enterprise-wide coordination and collaboration in contract management, supplier management, spend management, and governance. You will focus on strategy, cost, and performance for Indirect procurement across our ecosystem of companies while driving efficiency. You will work closely with internal partners within the U.S. Procurement team, Enterprise services team, and across our Operating companies to support best practices within procurement.
