<div>We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager (BDM) with 5-10 years of experience in sales of banking and payment solutions within the Omani Market. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship across the banking sector and financial institutions in Oman and have a solid understanding of the domestic payment landscape. The BDM will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle, perform market analysis and develop relationships with the management and senior staff in the banking and Financial Service Industry.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Prepare and execute a sales plan for Oman&rsquo;s market which meets ProgressSoft&rsquo;s Strategy and Business plan.</li><li>
Own and achieve annual sales targets in alignment with ProgressSoft&rsquo;s strategic objectives.</li><li>
Manage the whole sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification through coordinating with Product Owners, Project Managers and Technical Team Leaders.</li><li>
Preparing technical and commercial proposals in response to new opportunities or RFPs in cooperation with Bidding Team and business teams</li><li>
Negotiate proposals and contracts of solutions.</li><li>
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and opportunity tracking through consistent and structured use of ProgressSoft&rsquo;s CRM.</li><li>
Work with related ProgressSoft team to ensure proper engagement with customers and understanding their requirements.</li><li>
Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence, including benchmarking against alternative solutions and identifying positioning differentiators.</li><li>
Identify new business opportunities, including regulatory-driven initiatives, digital transformation programs, and ecosystem partnerships.</li>
Develop and manage third-party product alliances and strategic technology partnerships within the Omani market and in the region, ensuring alignment with local banking requirements and maximizing joint revenue opportunities.

Business Development Manager

<div>We are looking to recruit Support &amp; Implementation Engineers who will provide high-level onsite and remote IT technical liaison. The Support &amp; Implementation Engineer will be responsible for enterprise solutions implementations and support services for incidents or issues. The position will require close collaboration with other technical support and engineering teams at different levels.
Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Implement and install solutions at customer's infrastructure platforms.</li>
<li>Work onsite and offsite to troubleshoot and diagnose customer-reported issues on the different implementation layers.</li>
<li>Act positively and respond promptly to the customer&rsquo;s requests/tickets.</li>
<li>Prepare, review and ensure the accuracy of technical documentation.</li>
<li>Conduct Preventive / Corrective Maintenance visits.</li>
<li>Perform any other job-related duties related to work.</li>
</ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering/Science, Computer application, or any related field.</li>
<li>At least 2 years experience in a similar field.</li>
<li>Willing to travel and work extra hours when needed.</li>
<li>Experience in database engines (Oracle, MS-SQL, and PostgreSQL).</li>
<li>Experience in operating systems (Linux and MS Windows).</li>
<li>Developed knowledge in cloud Infrastructure Orchestration Tools (Ex. Kubernetes, HashiCorp Nomad)</li>
<li>Working experience in application servers (Ex. Apache Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere).</li>
<li>Knowledge and acquired skills of DevOps techniques including (CI/CD, Helm, Ansible)</li>
<li>Knowledge in Directory Services (AD &amp; LDAP).</li>

<li>Knowledge of database engines (MySQL and NoSQL Databases).</li>
<li>Knowledge of server and client operating systems (Linux Distros, MS Windows).</li>
<li>Knowledge in Object Storage management.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Security Authentication and Authorization Solutions (HashiCorp Vault and Keycloak).</li>

<li>Analyze and prepare comparison sheets between ProgressSoft and competitive products.</li>
<li>Identify new markets and opportunities.</li>
<li>Develop strong distribution channels with renowned global, regional and local firms.</li>
