 We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise banking software implementations for strategic client banks.  Responsibilities

 Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and closure

 Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, schedule, resources, risks, budget) with performance tracking against baselines

 Identify, analyze, and monitor project risks; develop and implement mitigation strategies

 Manage scope changes through formal change control processes.
 </li>

 Ensure comprehensive, audit-ready documentation with traceability across application, database, configuration, and infrastructure; maintain adherence to ProgressSoft PM standards, banking compliance requirements, and quality standards.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 8-12 years progressive project/program management experience; 5+ years managing complex enterprise software implementations in banking or financial services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-phase projects with regulatory oversight in Central Bank or financial regulatory environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability coordinating geographically distributed teams; experience with banking software (payment systems, core banking, financial infrastructure).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), PMBOK/PRINCE2 frameworks, and SDLC/QA processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of banking domain (instant payments, payment hubs, clearing systems, mandate management), banking regulations, and Central Bank frameworks (particularly Qatar Central Bank).
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of API integrations, system configurations, database management, and infrastructure.

 Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, Zoho Projects) and strong data analysis, reporting, and visualization skills.

Senior Project Manager

 The Projects Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of banking software implementation projects. This role assists in managing timelines, resources, budgets, and communication among stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully, within scope, on time, and within budget. The position plays a critical role in maintaining project documentation traceability, supporting operations oversight, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and PMO governance standards.

 We are looking to recruit a Business Analyst (BA) who plays a key role in defining business problems by eliciting and gathering technical and non-technical requirements. The BA needs to understand the particular business needs of a customer, analyze and transpose these needs into standard documentation that outlines detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements.
