This is a hands-on, product-focused role &mdash; you'll ship features across backend, web apps, and mobile on a daily basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a strong mid-level developer (3&ndash;5 years experience) who wants to level up into a senior role while working on a production platform end-to-end.We use AI-assisted development (Claude Code) as part of daily workflow &mdash; so you'll be building with modern tools that 10x your productivity.What You'll Do<ul><li>Build new features across backend (API), web apps, and mobile</li><li>Fix bugs and improve existing functionality</li><li>Write clean, tested, maintainable code</li><li>Participate in code reviews and daily async standups</li><li>Deploy through our development &rarr; writing queries, understanding joins, basic optimisation</li><li>Git &mdash; branches, PRs, code review workflow</li><li>Docker basics</li><li>Strong written English &mdash; most of our communication is async</li><li>Reliable internet and backup power &mdash;
