The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to grow in the real estate industry. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while maintaining excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platformsIdentify and understand client requirements and provide suitable property optionsSchedule and conduct property tours and site visitsProvide guidance on property prices, market trends, and legal requirementsNegotiate deals and assist in closing transactionsMaintain accurate records of client interactions and property listingsBuild and nurture long-term relationships with clientsCollaborate with team members and other real estate professionalsStay updated with local property market trends and developmentsRequirements:Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th grade or equivalent)Prior experience in real estate or sales is an advantage but not mandatoryStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of local property market and real estate proceduresSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyHaving a bike or personal transport is preferred for site visits and client meetingsFamiliarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plusWhat We Offer:Fixed salary + attractive commission structureIncentives and performance bonusesTraining and mentoring from industry expertsOpportunities for career advancementSupportive and energetic work environmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per month
