With a focus on innovation and industry-leading service, Proguard Automotive is looking for a strong candidate to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to convert physical documents into a digital format using scanners and computers, ensuring legibility, proper organization, and accurate indexing for efficient electronic storage and retrieval.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Scanning and digitizing documents as needed to support team operations.</li><li>Ensures accurate and efficient organization of documents, both digital and physical.</li><li>Handles sensitive and confidential documents securely.</li><li>Monitors scanning equipment for jams or errors.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>1 year experience with office procedures, technology and accuracy</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Considerable organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Self-motivated, able to stay focused and complete tasks in a timely manner with limited supervision.</li><li>Comfortable communicating with individuals of all levels inside and outside of the organization.</li><li>Willingness and ability to learn different aspects of business.</li></ul>Benefits (full-time hours only):&middot; Dental insurance&middot; Health insurance&middot; Life insurance&middot; Paid time offPay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hourWork Location: In person
